We've not taken a daily or weekly paper for years. A lot of news we didn't want [unfiltered to our need, and depressing otherwise]. That was before Google or MSN or whatever.
Newspapers used to be fast, because mail took months then weeks and no one had radio or TV.
Well, they're not so fast and you have to go get it or wait for it to be delivered, tomorrow. With old news.
Newspapers should be the novels of news now. In depth materials that get and give all the multiple layers of detail that online headlines can't. I glance the online headlines and often don't read the details, and when I do, it's often cloned from something I've already read.
Details, newspapers, in depth. In fact, change your name, make a new face and reality of what you are. People buy the special editions of all Obama, or all Michael Jackson, or all the next "wedding of the century" be somewhere between the online headlines with little substance and the glitz photos and no substance of LIFE, US, People, TMZ.

FREE Drawing for Movie Magic Screenwriter Software & Creative Screenwriting Magazine
* Do you think you have what it takes to be a Television Writer? * Can you survive "In the Room" as a television staff writer?
If so, or if you want to learn, the Scriptwriters Network has the interactive event for you!
Participating writers will be randomly assigned to genre groups (two-person writing teams can be kept together) and will spend the next few hours collaborating with the other writers at the table to develop a television show.
The table will come up with the season arc for their show, character arcs, and the kinds of stories they will tell over the course of the season, all the while sticking to the conventions of their genre.
At the end of the workshop, each group will pitch their show to everyone.
Industry professionals who have worked as paid staff writers will act as show runners and keep the "writing staff" focused and productive.
So if you're a sitcom writer and you're assigned to a procedural cop show, can you insert comedic moments while sticking to the tone of the show?
If you write science fiction shows but are assigned to a romantic comedy, can you still contribute valuable ideas to the show?
Can you prove that you're a professional and a creative asset no matter what show hires you?
Please be prompt, as this event will start right on time.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR INFOLIST.com!! I'm touched deprived. I like to be touched, but not by wrong-feeling people. I certainly don't relish being kissed and slurped on by same.
But when you are the RIGHT PERSON for me, and YOU make me feel as you do, then the right touch, the right kiss, the right lick, even, from you is my joy.
And how could that NOT put a smile on your face, too?
So, question: With her eyes closed in ecstasy, can she tell when you're smiling with happiness, while you kiss her below?
BANNED! "Neale Sourna's CuntSinger," a NEW BOOK on Cunnilingus Banned! By Other Writers
"Hey. Just got banned from my writer's group. Seems to be for promo-ing--which is allowed--with no more than the promo in the next column from 'Listen to Promo' down to sample doc. Must be the TITLE.
"Really, folks, it's not a foul word no more than calling someone a 'feminist' or an 'abortion doctor' or a 'dick'. People laugh when you call someone dick, it was a major run-on joke in 'Robocop' which tons of kids saw in the theater.
"And they make 'pussy' jokes on the sly, as well. So, what's the fuss?
"Well, cunt that.
"I've been banned on the internet. Again. By writers.
"Writers can be such pussies, except when they FINALLY stand up and WGA STRIKE. Hm, novelists and nonfiction types don't strike. Well, Pu-C's to that."
