emasculating = castration; but not efeminating?

Why the big deal about emasculation when there's no BALANCING efemination term? I suppose it only matters if boys and men are denigrated, de-energized, and castrated, but that it is no matter of importance for girls and women to be denigrated, de-energized, and castrated. Must be, since there is no special, formal, scientific-sounding latin name or the smallest of recognition for it.
