Arthritis Help from a Nonmedical Professional Person: Joint pain, sore feet, aching bones?

Here's what I've cobbled together and what works for me. No more problems stepping up on curbs, hands aching, soles of feet sore, grinding joints.

Started with Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM

The above took care of my aching fingers but then had sole and joint pain and have added two more things I take everyday, whether I take me multi-vitamin or not. These also come in varying number of capsules in the bottle.
